Usage Precautions
Resistance management: To prevent the development of fungal resistance, Prochloraz must be alternated or rotated with fungicides having different modes of action (e.g., Pyraclostrobin, Trifloxystrobin).
Environmental toxicity: Toxic to aquatic organisms such as fish. Do not pour remaining spray solution or rinsing water into rivers, ponds, or aquaculture areas. Prohibited in rice fields co-cultured with fish, shrimp, or crabs.
Crop sensitivity: Prochloraz is sensitive to cucurbit seedlings. Avoid spray drift onto these crops to prevent phytotoxicity.
Safety protection: Irritating to skin and eyes. Wear protective clothing, gloves, and goggles during application. Avoid direct contact. Wash hands, face, and exposed skin thoroughly after application.
Storage and disposal: Store in a cool, dry place away from food and animal feed. Dispose of used containers properly. Do not discard arbitrarily.
