Its mechanism of action is opposite to that of agents which inhibit insect molting. This insecticide can be applied throughout the entire larval stage for effective pest control.

The optimal application timing is during the peak egg hatching period or the initial stage of pest infestation.

To prevent the development of resistance, it is recommended to rotate with insecticides having different modes of action in cases of multi-generational pest occurrence.
