Mechanism of Action
Chlorfenapyr is a precursor of insecticides that is non-toxic to insects. After insects feed on or come into contact with chlorfenapyr, chlorfenapyr is converted into specific insecticidal compounds in the insect body by the action of multifunctional oxidases, targeting mitochondria in insect somatic cells. Causing the synthesis of cells to cease their life functions due to a lack of energy, resulting in weakened pest activity, spotted appearance, color changes, cessation of activity, coma, paralysis, and ultimately death.

Product Features
Chlorfenapyr belongs to the aromatic pyrrole class of compounds and has stomach toxicity and certain contact killing and systemic activity against pests. It has excellent control effect on boring, piercing sucking mouthparts pests and mites, with a moderate duration of effectiveness. Its insecticidal mechanism is to block the oxidative phosphorylation of mitochondria.
