Sulfentrazone 75% WDG is a protoporphyrinogen oxidase inhibitor and a triazolone-class selective herbicide; it acts by disrupting cell membranes through inhibition of protoporphyrinogen oxidase in the chlorophyll synthesis process, causing leaves to rapidly desiccate and die .
It is used for controlling annual broadleaf weeds in peanut fields, such as redroot pigweed (Amaranthus retroflexus), Australian copperleaf (Acalypha australis), purslane (Portulaca oleracea), livid amaranth (Amaranthus blitum), lamb's quarters (Chenopodium album), and asiatic dayflower (Commelina communis); and annual weeds in sugarcane fields, such as horseweed (Conyza canadensis), sedges (Cyperus spp.), crabgrass (Digitaria sanguinalis), broadleaf buttonweed (Spermacoce latifolia), and tropic ageratum (Ageratum conyzoides) .

‌1.For peanut fields‌: Apply uniformly to soil surface ‌after sowing but before seedling emergence‌, using 30-50 kg/mu (≈450-750 L/ha) of diluted spray. ‌DO NOT exceed dosage to avoid phytotoxicity.‌ Application during peg emergence or seedling stage is ‌PROHIBITED‌. Use ‌ONLY ONCE per season.‌

2‌.For sugarcane fields‌: Apply uniformly to soil ‌before sugarcane sprout emergence and weed germination‌, using 30-50 kg/mu (≈450-750 L/ha) of diluted spray. Use ‌ONLY ONCE per season.‌
