CAS 40487-42-1 Pendimethalin 330g/L EC Herbicide

Pendimethalin 330 g/L EC is a selective systemic herbicide for dryland crops. It is absorbed through the young shoots, stems, and roots of weeds, inhibiting the growth of young shoots and secondary roots, ultimately leading to weed death. It effectively controls annual weeds in cabbage fields and cotton crops; it also inhibits axillary bud growth in tobacco with favorable results.

‌1.Corn‌:
200ml mixed with 40-50L water, apply by uniform soil spray.

‌2.Cotton (pre-plant soil incorporation)‌:
First apply herbicide, then incorporate into soil, followed by sowing, finally apply plastic mulch;
Or: First apply herbicide, then incorporate into soil, then apply plastic mulch, finally sow seeds.

‌3.Rice dry seedling beds‌:
150-200ml mixed with 40-50L water, apply by uniform soil spray.

‌4.Cabbage‌:

‌Transplanted cabbage‌: Apply herbicide 1-3 days before transplanting.

‌Direct-seeded cabbage‌: Apply at pre-emergence stage after sowing.
Sow seeds → Cover with 2-3 cm soil → Apply herbicide → Ensure seeds avoid direct contact with herbicide solution.

5.‌When over 50% of tobacco plants in the field have central flowers open and the top leaves exceed 20 cm in length, perform topping and remove all axillary buds longer than 2 cm. Within 24 hours after topping, apply the chemical solution once using the cup application method: pour 15–20 ml of solution per plant from the top of the tobacco plant downward.

‌1.‌ During cup application on tobacco, manually apply the solution to any leaf axils missed to ensure bud suppression effect. Reapply if rainfall occurs after application. ‌Do not use‌ when dew is present, after heavy rain when plants are overly wet, or during high temperatures. Avoid contact with tobacco leaves to prevent scorching.
‌2.‌ ‌Toxic to aquatic organisms‌ (e.g., fish). Apply away from aquaculture areas, ponds, and other water bodies. ‌Do not clean‌ equipment in rivers/ponds. ‌Prohibited‌ in areas releasing natural enemies like trichogramma.
‌3.‌ ‌Not advisable‌ for soil treatment in sandy soils with low organic matter content.
‌4.‌ Open packaging with controlled force to prevent solution splashing.
‌5.‌ Wear protective clothing and gloves during use. Avoid inhalation. ‌Do not eat, drink, or smoke‌ during application. Wash hands and face thoroughly afterward.
‌6.‌ ‌Do not contaminate‌ groundwater, ponds, or other water bodies with rinsate. Dispose of used containers properly; ‌do not reuse or discard indiscriminately.‌
‌7.‌ ‌Pregnant and breastfeeding women must avoid contact.
