Products Introduction
Fomesafen 250 g/L Aqueous Solution is a selective herbicide for controlling post-emergence broadleaf weeds in soybean fields, such as Acalypha australis, Equisetum arvense, Commelina communis (Asiatic dayflower), Solanum nigrum (black nightshade), Chenopodium album (lamb's quarters), Polygonum spp., Bidens pilosa, Elsholtzia ciliata, Amethystea caerulea, and Xanthium sibiricum. It is absorbed by leaves, stems, and roots to achieve weed control. When used under normal conditions, it is safe for soybeans. Rainfall occurring 4-6 hours after application does not affect efficacy.
Products Application
| Crop/Location | Control Target | Dosage (Formulation Amount/Acre) | Application Method |
|---|---|---|---|
| Summer soybeans | Annual broadleaf weeds | 50-60 ml/mu | Spray |
| Spring soybeans | Annual broadleaf weeds | 59-100 ml/mu | Spray |
1. Apply strictly according to the recommended dosage. Do not exceed the dosage.
2. Spray at a constant speed, along the rows, and uniformly. Avoid swaying the sprayer laterally during application and prevent spray drift onto other crops.
3. After application, slight yellow spots or crinkling may occasionally appear on the leaves. They will recover within 5-7 days, with no impact on soybean yield.
4.Do not use this product under drought, low temperature, or in low-lying, waterlogged areas where soybeans and weeds show poor growth.
5. This product persists in the soil for several months, so crop rotation precautions are necessary. Wheat can be sown 4 months after application; corn can be sown only after 10 months; rice and cotton can be safely planted after 1 year. Sorghum, sugar beet, and leafy vegetables are highly sensitive and must not be rotated with.
6. For controlling annual broadleaf weeds in spring and summer soybeans: Apply at the recommended dosage during the 1-2 compound leaf stage of soybeans, when most weeds have emerged and are at the 2-4 leaf stage. First dilute the product with sufficient clean water, mix thoroughly, and apply as a foliar spray. Use a maximum of once per growing season.
