Chloroisobromine Cyanuric Acid is a low-toxicity systemic fungicide whose mechanism of action is to slowly release Cl and Br when sprayed on the crop surface, forming Hypochlorous Acid (HCIO) and Hypobromous Acid (HBrO) molecules.
It also has a certain role in promoting the nutritional growth of crops.
