Dinotefuran acts as an agonist of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR), targeting the insect's central nervous system. It disrupts normal nerve signal transmission, leading to hyperexcitation, convulsions, paralysis, and ultimately death of the pest. It exhibits bidirectional systemic mobility within plants, being rapidly absorbed by the roots, stems, and leaves and distributed throughout the plant tissues.

Foliar Spray: Used to control above-ground pests. Application is recommended during the early stages of pest infestation.

Soil Treatment/Drenching: Employed to manage soil-borne pests (e.g., grubs) or to leverage its systemic action for long-lasting control of sap-sucking pests. This method is relatively friendly to soil microorganisms and the environment.

Seed Treatment: Effective for controlling pests at the seedling stage. This method is labor-saving and efficient.

Compatibility: It can be mixed with most non-alkaline pesticides (such as pyrethroids, abamectin, emamectin benzoate, indoxacarb, etc.) to broaden the insecticidal spectrum, enhance efficacy, or delay the development of resistance. Tank mixtures should be prepared immediately before use.
